ADHD & Executive Function Coaching
When someone has ADHD or executive function challenges, knowing and doing are two completely different things.

Does this sound like your life?
When executive function challenges go unaddressed, they show up everywhere.
The Morning Battle
You've called up the stairs, threatened, bargained, begged. It's time to leave & they're still in bed.
The Missing Homework
They did their homework. You even watched them do it, but their teacher just never got it.
The Big Project Paralysis
They've known about it for weeks. But they don't know where to begin. So they never start.
The Transition Meltdown
When it's time to switch gears, they shut down. They're overwhelmed and can't explain why.
Fear for their Future
Your child is growing up. And yet, you don't feel like they're ready to take on the world without you.

What people are saying about DMG Coaching

"Deborah has a real talent for meeting kids where they are."
Deborah really made such a meaningful difference in our son's life and my own life as a parent. Her understanding of ADHD, combined with her patience and genuine care, helped our son build schoolwork routines and practical skills he can use day to day. She helped us with struggles both at home and at school, and was able to meet with our son at his school while working closely with his teacher.
Deborah has a real talent for meeting kids where they are and identifying realistic ways that they can improve without feeling overwhelmed. My son's teacher and lower school director had nothing but good things to say about her. We are so grateful for her work and highly recommend Deborah to any family looking for thoughtful, effective ADHD coaching.

"Self awareness and being in tune to others."
I struggled with executive function and relationships. Working with Deborah was very positive. My biggest win is self awareness and being in tune to others. Thank you so much!

"I now write down 5 different things to take care of that day in order of importance."
I was struggling with clutter and just doing regular normal things around the house. Working with Deborah was very pleasant! Now I write down in a special planner, or if not available a paper, 5 different things to take care of that day in order of importance. Thank you so much for all that you have done for me!

"Deborah was amazing to work with and even I got benefit personally from the appointments."
My kids were struggling with ADHD, executive functioning skills, and project completion for school. Deborah was very flexible and able to work with our kids' school schedule and summer schedule to ensure virtual appointments. The result? Calmer kids, completed projects with no Mom/kid conflicts, and better skills overall. It was a great experience for the kids and me. Highly recommend for parents looking for support or new techniques for ADHD management.

"Deborah helped make this possible for me."
I really struggled with the organization of deadlines and tasks, and needed support and accountability from a professional. Working with Deborah, she helped me figure out what was the most pressing and important task, and held me accountable to deadlines that we established together.
A major goal of mine was organizing my work and life in order to start a family. This involved challenging paperwork, organizing physical spaces, and financial goals. Deborah worked with me weekly to set small and achievable goals so the entire process was manageable and not overwhelming.
My biggest win? I now have an almost 2 year old, and I can look back and confirm that Deborah helped make this possible for me.P.S.

Why our clients love DMG coaching
Teacher and Coach
With my 20+ years of experience as a teacher, I truly understand how the school system works, and how to best advocate for your child's specific needs inside school.
Co-Creator
I don't believe in telling people what to do, in my experience, it doesn't work. In my sessions, we co-create together until we find solutions they're actually excited to try.
In Your Pocket
I'm available between sessions by phone, text, or email, because obstacles don't wait for the next appointment. Think of me as a coach in your back pocket.
Committed
I know what it’s like to have children with ADHD. I understand the struggles, the uncertainty - and the sweetness of victory. I fully believe you can reach your goals.

About
After twenty years as a classroom teacher, I realized I could make a bigger difference working one-on-one. I saw what happened when a child finally understood how their brain works. They stopped fighting themselves. They started succeeding.
I'm a mother. I parent children with ADHD. I’m a teacher. I know what it's like on both sides, in the classroom and at home. I'm a certified ADHD and executive function coach. I train teachers. I consult with schools. But mostly, I help kids figure out what works for them. And then I watch them use those skills everywhere.
I don't give cookie-cutter plans. I don't tell people what to do. I ask questions. I listen. I help them see what's possible.

How it works
STEP 1
Complimentary Prescreening
A quick 30-minute call. Where I’ll ask you some questions about what's going on with your child. We see if this is a fit.
STEP 2
Client Intake
We schedule a 90-minute session (parents are welcome) where we'll go over your history, understand what's really happening, & we'll set clear goals for the first three months.
STEP 3
Ongoing Coaching
We meet weekly for 45 minutes. Each session, we tackle one baby step toward your goals. Between sessions, you have me, text, call, email. Whatever you need.
